staff were polite and accommodating and go the extra mile to keep customers happy. food was okay but not much choices and repetitive but this is expected with half board. rooms cleaned everyday music entertainment was good close to strip loads of food places to eat at english plug sockets

Highly recommended excellent hotel near to local beaches with great customer friendly staff and delicious food. Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is in middle of the city center from which the local beaches and main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean & tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage IMHO.) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local chicken soup with lemon was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.

Location was great being on Ayia Napa strip but also very quiet as the rooms are at the back of the hotel. The room size was great too. The fruit basket was a nice touch.

Amazing location and even though it is right in the heart of a busy area, we were still able to get away from it all by the pool. Great facilities and rooms were spacious and clean. So much to see and do around the hotel and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Spoilt for food choices close by. Convenience stores, shopping and even a 24/7 medical centre around the corner.

Breakfast was good! The room was quite big in size. The location was right in the center of Agia Napa.
