My room was spotless!! The place was so clean, I was very very impressed. Also the smoothies in the bar were very nice and refreshing. Also, they offer 8 drinks for €26 which I thought was great value for money. Also, the bed was very sooo comfortable and the rooms were quite soundproofed. Didn't hear a single thing.

The room was really clean and looks like completely new. We chose a hotel cause it was close to Marina, so it was really convenient for us. Nice and cozy apartments x

The location was great for us - we didn't mind that we were not interested in crowds , and wanted to relax.It was one of the first hotels you could see on the left side coming from Larnaca. The closest beach was 10 to 15 minutes away by walking - it was Makronissos Beach. The next one- Landa Beach-was a little bit further- maybe 20 minutes away.The Nissi Beach was the next one and it took us maybe half an hour by foot to get there . All three famous beaches -all you have to do is step out of the hotel and go to the left. The center of the city was far away from the hotel but the local transportation is developed very well, so no worries. For example bus 101 from the bus stop,which is like a few steps away from the hotel-you go again to the left ,can take you to the center of Ayia Napa, to Sea Caves or to Protaras. To get back from all these places you take bus 102. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and chatty. The rooms are very clean. We did not have the chance to use the pool but every day we could see people enjoying themselves there. Please don't hesitate and visit them.;)) If you don't have to be in the center of the city and if you want to enjoy yourself in some quiet environment that is the place to be:)))

We loved our room! It was cozy, spotlessly clean, with new towels provided daily and linen changed every couple of days. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly and took great care in maintaining the rooms to a very high standard. It felt like the room was magically cleaned the moment we stepped out—12 out of 10 for their efforts! Bravo! The view of the pool from our terrace was wonderful, and the evenings were quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. The pool itself was also very clean and well-maintained, and the WiFi worked well throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Plus, there's a bus stop nearby that makes getting to the Ayia Napa-Protaras area really convenient.

Everything was so good! Hotel is absolutely amazing, rooms are very clean and everything was even better then I imagined it would be. Breakfast was also good and people who work there were great. Cannot wait to come again.

Calm and positive atmosphere, great attitude from the workers, good breakfast, big portions in the restaurant. Comfortable and spacious room with all the necessary equipment. We enjoyed staying in Loutsiana!
