Perfect location quite and away from busy centre. Walking distance from central restaurants and cafes and from limanaki area. Hotel's cafe is really good providing coffees drinks and snacks at very good prices.

Breakfast was great. Buffet that covers a range of bites. Location was modestly away from the bustling downtown while walking 🚶♂️ distance to chill out to feel the vibes. Perfect location at the junction of tranquility and nightlife enjoyment - with a room for both choices. 👌

Room was very clean we got an update to the room with private swimming pool and we thank you for this , straight outside of our bedroom🙏 Staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The receptionist Anastasia helped us with the check in also we requested for an hour late check out due to the rain and she helped us with our request as well. The Restaurant manager Andreea is very professional and friendly also the staff at the bar I remember few names Anca, Iannick and Szymon also the rest of the staff all were very professional and friendly and also the lifeguard Vita. We were on all inclusive and breakfast lunch and dinner had a lot of variety of food and different every day. We are definitely going back to Eleana Hotel and I highly recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, excellent location in walking distance to the beach and centre of Ayia Napa. Breakfast was very good. The facilities are in very good condition.

Early check in- although I had asked specifically for a quiet room- when I asked at reception if this had been considered- was told to see how it went-understood why when we got there- placed right next door to 4 rooms of really loud young adults who were on a week long party- no problem with that- but do have problem when asked for quiet room and placed in the worst possible room for this! On the upside- we did change rooms- only for last night to have another large group of very drunk loud young men next door :( Breakfast was good and service in restaurant by Christos-excellent- so friendly and professional :)
