Excellent location and quiet at the same time. Very clean and tidy room with all amenities provided. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom and big balcony. Kitchen with cutlery and all necessary accessories.

Perfect for the money! Big enough for two people, the bathroom is clean, it has everything! If we are going there we will for sure try to book the same room! 2 minutes walk from the main street!

everything was very comfortable, and the owner was honestly the loveliest man. i’ve seen a lot of people say that he wasn’t accomodating but whenever we called him, he always answered and he helped us with every minor inconvenience that we may have had! A lot of the furniture is new. And it’s also very close to everything.

The room was clean, AC was working well and each room had its separate WiFi, which was nice. The location was good, very close to the centre, a bus stop and a few bike rental places. Most of the utilities that any apartment would need were there.

The apartment is clean and the owner is a really friendly and toleratable person. We even got bottle of wine as welcoming gift, so all thumbs up for this accomodation.

The accommodation is close to the center and the main bus stop in the center of Ayia Napa. It was very clean, towels were changed every 2-3 days as well as room cleaning. Everything that was missing in the room was immediately brought by the owner. When the shower broke, he immediately replaced it with a new one. The beds were very comfortable, even an extra bed, which is usually rare. The wifi is very good, the room had two air conditioners, a TV and a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils. The accommodation is close to the clubs, but there is no noise from the music. All recommendations for this accommodation.
