I had a good stay. Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff helpful. Lots of parking spaces. I really enjoyed the breakfast, open buffet has a very wide selection. Though coffee was terrible. There are not many options in Ayer Rocks but I would stay again here.

Great location in the Ayers Rock Resort - First pick-up stop for all the Uluru tours which was super handy. Nice pool, comfy beds. WiFi was good in the room!

We really enjoyed our three night stay at Desert Gardens. Our room had direct views of Uluru. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Shuttle service from airport and check in at hotel were swift and efficient. Staff were welcoming and informative about the resort. An information leaflet was also given to help orientate visitors. The resort if fairly compact. There is a shuttle service, however walking all the way around took less than an hour. The Imalung lookout is in the centre of the resort and is a good short cut through. Here there were amazing views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta. There were a number of free activities for visitors. The bush tucker and didgeridoo talks were interesting. Some of the restaurants were pretty pricey. We enjoyed a Thai curry takeaway from Ayres Wok [eaten in the town square] and a pizza from Geckos. It was nice to wander around the resort and sit by the pool at Sails hotel. There is a supermarket to pick up essentials. Also a few good quality gift shops. Pick up and transfer to back to the airport was also very efficient.

A great hotel and the double bed room is great for 4 people. The bathroom is really nice and clean. For the meals we really love the outback pioneer and it’s free BBQ. There is also a big free parking.

We had a room where we were able just to see Uluru. Checking in was quick and efficient. Room a nice size 👌. Free Shuttle bus 🚌 takes you around resort although everything is within walking 🚶♂️ distance.
