The hotel is in the centre of Ayer Itam surrounded by busy road and hustle and bustle of the market. Despite that it's not particularly noisy and is easily accessible to Kek Lok Si. Spacious room and efficient air conditioning.

The hotel is still new, and the staff is friendly. It’s very convenient for visiting Kek Lok Si. The breakfast selection is somewhat limited but still acceptable. Overall, we are quite satisfied.
