All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Reception is open as follows : Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00
Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel 1 small towel), bed linen, WiFi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, reading e-mail and research), cleaning linen (kitchen towel bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). As well as free access to the outdoor heated swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September)Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. Unlimited WiFi access can also be requested with an extra charge.

Great location near telecabine and ski rental but also nice to be in the spa village. Very well designed apartment w double bed, 2 bunks and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Worked well for a group of 3 friends. Ski locker in basement provided easy access and storage. We found parking in the large, free car parks around the building.

Really big, perfectly clean and fully equipped apartment in the heat of French Pyrenees. We did not miss anything during our more than a week long stay there. A guy at the reception was always very nice and helpful, even though we had a couple of special requests. I hope we will come back one day.
