Apartment Hotel Overview

Located in Avrieux, the Résidence Plein Soleil offers apartments and studios in the heart of the Haute Maurienne ski resorts. A ski room and sauna are available at Plein Soleil.
Individually decorated in a mountain style, the apartments and studios are fully equipped. Each is accessible by elevator and has a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet (separate or not). They all have a kitchenette equipped with a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Some apartments and studios have a private balcony or terrace. Bed linen and towels included. Wi-Fi and TV included. Free outdoor parking. Free baby bed and chair on request.
We offer in addition: - Classic sweet and savoury breakfast - Bread and pastries are available every morning from 8am at the reception. - Pets are allowed (10,80€/night or 60€/week) - Sauna (at the end of the day only 6€/pers/ 30 min session) - Indoor covered parking (12€/night or 42€/week) - Laundry and dryer (7,5€/machine) - Raclette and fondue machine rental (5€/day/machine)
The Résidence Plein Soleil is located 10 minutes drive from the ski resorts of La Norma, Aussois and Valfrejus and close to the 3 Valleys ski resort, accessible by the Orelle cable car.

“Brilliant find, well kitted out with lovely people.”

The staff were amazing, they were very responsive when I was updating them about my arrival time and kindly stayed a few minutes past the check-in time as I was running late, They had ready meals available for me to purchase, as it was a bit late to go out for a restaurant. The room/apartment had everything you need to cook, a space to relax and a good sized bed. The heating and hot water were quick once I worked them out and the separate bathroom and lavatory would be useful if you booked for two people. Breakfast was well provisioned and as an added bonus they let me keep my road bike in the room. It's not very cheap but it is as cheap as you'll find in the area and much better value for money than similarly priced alternatives.

Nice welcome in a nice house at the end of the village, silent, rooms with good basic equipment. The host recommended a good restaurant and also arranged the reservation for us, so that we could enjoy our short stay.

The view was out of this world and was just beautiful and the apartment was very very clean. The people were also very accommodating and allowed us borrow an iron and ironing board . My only disappointment was the location. There was no shop near this apartment and we had to do approx. an 8 minute drive to get one.
