Valerio is a great host, he let me use his washing machine for free. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony.

The location is perfect - 5 min walk to historic centre, 10 min walk to beach. The host was very nice - gave us better room than we booked. Also gave good reccomendations on where to go, what to see around. Easy and free parking on the street.

Valerio is great host, providing all the region informations about sightseeing, restaurants, beaches… car parking just in front of appartament and great location visiting for Noto, siracusa, ortigia and some other touristic destinations! 3 bars in 100m radius and center of Avola 5min walk! Everything was clean and no noise during nights! Reccomended

Amazing host who was always available and had time to have a chat. The room is quite clean and comfortable. Big balcony. 15 minutes walk to the beach

Excellent position to go to the beach near Avola and also the beautiful natural reserve Vendicari with its stupendous beaches. Close enough to Noto to go just for an ice cream or a meal. The host was really welcoming and went out of his way to be helpful, on the last day we left our luggage there so as not to have to take it to the beach and he as really accomodating. Breakfast wasn't included but there's a café just across the road with delicious croissant and really good coffee. The room was simple but spacious and clean and quiet, comfortable and beds and the shower was great.

Valerio the Manager text me before check in to ask my ETA and was there to meet and greet me. I was immediately checked in and even upgraded to an apartment when I had only booked a room. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The location was perfect too. Down the road is a street food bar which sells lovely food and drink - there was even a live band just setting up. The beach is directly opposite the bar and again only a five minute walk. I would definitely stay here again - it was perfect and safe.

Valerio is such a kind and nice person! he is really trying that you can feel here like at home rooms are modern, cozy and very clean i'm traveling a lot and this place is just perfect for holidays
