Very clean, spacious and modern flay in the heart of Avize. Franck is a welcoming host, he gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and champagne producers in the area.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the very friendly owner. The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking a small chateau and a village street. Still, there were no problem with traffic noice because there was little traffic. We enjoyed staying on the balcony for a while before going to bed, sipping on a beer from the mini-bar in the living room located on the ground floor. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was small but well organized. The breakfast varied with very good bread from the local bakery as well as made by the owner himself. We were very pleased to taste a variety of homemade and a local speciality of jam. We also liked the local cheeses and the charcuterie. We were also asked if we wanted any egg meals cooked on demand. An option for this B&B was to have a dinner with the owners and other guests. We had a nice champagne aperitif in the garden followed by a tasty three course meal. We had a really pleasant evening that we shared with a German couple. The owners made the conversation very comfortable, fun and interesting during these hours. During our visit we felt like their personal guests. Many thanks Franck and Carine for a wonderful stay.

Franck was a fantastic responsive and helpful host with lots of good recommendations and willingness to help. Very good price for an entire house, and everything you need is there, right in the middle of town
