very chic with a nod to its history. very well supplied with provisions and the staff extremely friendly and caring. Great location as part of the old wall and lots of great walks nearby and a beautiful cathedral. Excellent restaurant with interesting choices. Very useful pay for parking just opposite the Hotel.
