Very nice hotel close to the the walled town, we drove there by car so parking was easy. On site the hotel has a restuarant as well as a cafe if you want something lighter or to eat a little earlier in the evening. Facilities very good and comfortable. Views overlooking the walled town with a 10 -15 minute walk to get there.

On arrival we asked for a room with a view of the city and were given a free upgrade to facilitate this. Hotel quality is good at a very reasonable price. Plenty of free parking outside front of hotel. Restaurant and bar on site although we didn't use it so cannot comment further. There is also a Meson next to the hotel which serves the local specialities.

Everything. The food was very yummy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was very good. The veiw was amazing. We have stayed here several times now. Always excellent. Secure underground parking for our motorbike. (Most important..!) Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice.

Good view from the window of the walled town. The cafeteria of the hotel had a good atmosphere frequented by local people. Parking was easy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was just a one night stopover on a motorcycle trip around Spain and Portugal and I picked it as it was pretty much a convenient way point for me. The staff at reception were really helpful and went above and beyond the call to help. Motorcycle parking was excellent, and although safe and secure enough at the front of the hotel, there is really good underground./secure parking and for which there is no charge for a motorbike. It's a big hotel and there is lift access from the garage to reception and to other floors which makes things easy when carrying motorcycle luggage. I didn't eat dinner at the hotel so cant comment, but there is a small attached cafe bar - beer was the most expensive there during my whole trip in Spain and Portugal and there is another place to eat a few yards down from the front entrance. The walled town of Avila is only a 20 minute or so walk away and there are the usual things including supermarkets etc. All in all a decent stay - breakfast was additonal to the room rate and was decent enough.
