Lovely location with great views. Easy to get to from the centre of Avila but you would need a car. Bed and pillows were comfy, a rarity compared to other hotels around central Spain! The staff were very friendly.

Our third stay. A quiet stopover in the road north, on the outskirts of Avila.

Staff were great and super helpful in the restaurant especially for breakfast. Parking secure and easy with a van. Allowed dogs and had a park for kids and the dog to runabout in right next to the hotel.

The hotel is just outside Ávila and only a short drive into town. It is located next to a monastery in an idyllic setting. The main business is the big restaurant with a cosy terrace and serves typical Spanish homemade dishes. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and showed us himself to our room. The room was spacious and clean with an ensuite bathroom and a large bed. Parking was free, and the car was parked right in front of our window. Pets are welcome, and do not get charged extra.

Lovely stay as always and we were there by chance on the feast of the Visitation of Our Lady of Sonsoles, so the atmosphere was amazing! I’ve never seen so many people here before and we watched the parade whilst sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine- perfect!

Great place; room, restaurant and bar all good with plenty of Spanish life. The waiter Borgia was excellent. When I left a tip of €5 he told me it was too much. The steak was the best I've had in years and my wife's seafood was excellent too.
