Fabulous warm welcome by Yoann upon arrival, great communication from the team on email prior to arrival as well. I enquired about parking and they sent clear instructions on where to go, also clear instructions once you enter the car park about which level to park on depending on which Mercure you’re staying in. Short walk from the parking to the hotel. It couldn’t be more perfectly located. Bed comfortable, shower hot and powerful

The location, while a bit of a challenge to get the car there to drop off our luggage, was simply spectacular. You could not get closer to the centre of the amazing city.

Centre to the main sites of Avignon. Staff very helpful and excellent. Very clean. It was rated excellent by us based on it being a city hotel.
