Our two apartments are independent of the hotel: they are located in another district of the intramuros, the Carmes district, on Carreterie Street. The two apartments occupy the same small two-story stone building, without elevator.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Liked the option of two types of breakfast, express or full. It was only a short walk to railway station but also close to town centre.

The hotel is at an excellent and practical location, very close to the main train and bus station, and barely a 5 minute walk to the centre. It is on a corner, but most of the rooms look to the courtyard (very nice and shady place where you can sit and enjoy your coffee), so they are quiet. The staff at the reception and breakfast room were very helpful and nice, thank you!! The rooms are large, with a lot of light. Nice place to stay!

Our room was delightful, comfortable beds, lovely ensuite, a room with lots of personal touches. Breakfast was beautifullyy presented with an extensive choice. I enjoyed having gluten free bread every morning. The hotel is close to the railway station and not far to walk to the main city centre.

It is within walking distance of the train station. The staff were both friendly and helpful. It was quiet and easy to get to. The rooms were clean and pleasant. It felt very safe and secure. The bathrooms were spacious and clean.
