The fine print
Please note that there is no elevator at the hotel. Public parking is available nearby with a discount. Hôtel Médiéval has agreements with Parking des Halles and Parking du Palais des Papes. A 20% discount is applied upon presentation of the parking ticket at the hotel reception. Please note that if you have a toll, it must be removed before entering the car park, otherwise we cannot apply the discount, the charge will be made directly on the toll. Please note that special requests regarding bed types are not possible for last minute reservations.
Please note that for a reservation of more than 5 rooms, a deposit of 30% is required. This deposit should be paid at the moment of the reservation by credit card or by bank transfer. The banc account informations
will be sent by mail once the reservation is received. This deposit is non-refundable if the rooms are cancelled less than 21 days before arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything was alright. The location is very quiet, close to Palais des Papes and other buildings. Breakfasts were nice and staff very friendly.

Central and a good sized room. Very friendly and accommodating staff despite our lack of French language. Lots of places near the hotel to get a good coffee in the morning. we were on the top floor so the steps were a good workout up and down. Windows that open also a plus.....fresh air is nice.

People were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Happy to accommodate extending my stay by one night and juggled bookings to do it. Gave some great recommendations for restaurants to eat at.
