We enjoyed our stay, the location was great, staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms large, though dated. Seemed like a large property running at reduced capacity, which was fine except made the place seem deserted and they had limited 4 ppl tables for breakfast in the open area so we ended up split across 2 tables which wasn't ideal with kids. Breakfast was fine. They required what I consider to be an unreasonable additional deposit on check-in (150 euro), which i struggle to understand given that the room doesn't have a minibar or robes, etc. We had issues on checkout that our payment made during check-in hadn't been recorded on their end. I thankfully kept the receipt but did have to leave for a train without it being resolved, which was unnecessary stressful for us.

Location really good. Parking directly under hotel. Breakfast included and was very good, plenty of choice and good quality local produce. Room was huge and very comfortable.

Location, walking distance to main attractions. Very difficult to park around old town so walking is the best option. Staff was worked tirelessly to help us find a room with good W-FI to work. Paid parking is connect by elevator from the hotel.

The hotel is well located just outside the city walls and parking was only 100 yards away. Staff were friendly and it was fair value for money. We were upgraded to a balcony room but frankly the balcony was no bonus. We did appreciate the size of teh room and having separtae bath and walk in shower.

Family rooms are huge, 2 double beds and a sitting room! Small fridge as well (but out water wasn’t refilled after the first day). Located right outside the walls of the town, 10-15 min walk to the palace located on the opposite side of town. Public parking is downstairs but it’s extra, €20-30 per day. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Location was excellent, close to railway, buses, trams and cafes and shop. Avignon is a wonderful city, steep in history and plenty to see and do in and around town.
