This event will cause elevated noise levels due to being a motorcycle event, and there will also be live music being played around the resort until late evening.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very convenient location just off the A9, in the middle of town. Pool was good and steam room and sauna were excellent. Coffee shop staff near the auditorium were excellent. Shop staff were friendly. Aspects Restaurant waiter was attentive and the food was excellent. Just let down by the atmosphere and the restaurant managers miserable face.

we were in a lodge and breakfast was included we had it in the main hotel so much to choose from also we had dinner in Giovanni which again was delicious but need to remember to book it next time the lodge it's self was lovely clean and plenty of space for the grandkids I prefer that than a family room in hotel great facilities for the kids and plenty to see and out and about we did landmark and the Strathspey steam train this time which was fantastic.

The lodges and facilities are great, however the place is in need of a refurb. Broken blinds when paying £400 per night is not acceptable.

Location was excellent. Lodge itself was clean but very dated. The first thing you saw when you walked in the door was the back of a scuffed sofa. None of the dishes matched. The cutlery also didn’t match. All the glasses didn’t match. Carpet going up the stairs was very worn all the furniture was very dated. Curtains were ripped on the door, lots of cobwebs. Bathrooms were modern with Elemis products so that was a plus. After paying £800 for two nights, I would’ve expected a lot more for my money.

Lodges were lovely, perfect size for a family and close to the main hotel for breakfast. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice for everyone.

Lodge was comfortable but no oven. Only micro/grill & electric hob. Complimentary bag of logs and plenty kindling was great for the log burner. Games room at activity barn is very small. There’s a pool table in the Fish Bar with sky sports but was closed when we showed up at 2pm. Downside is; A lot of entertainment is only on during the local school holidays, not all school holidays which is frustrating as I’m sure it’s not full of locals staying at the resort. We ended up going into the town since the prices were a bit cheaper and found entertainment, pool table & darts. Location was excellent and liked the ease of access to the the walk in the local nature reserve.

We had a lovely stay in 2 woodland lodges. They were cosy and very clean and spacious. Perfect for a family break away. Only thing was the play park needed upgrading but it didn’t stop the kids enjoying themselves and the check in was late and there was no apology for the inconvenience - as we had booked 2 lodges it wasn’t a big deal but staff at reception could have been more helpful.
