Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and one child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are not suitable for more than 2 adults.The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.Please be aware that some restaurants including Spey Burger at Macdonald Aviemore Resort will be seasonal, but at least one of our restaurants will be open during low seasonFor guests staying on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package you can enjoy a £25 spend towards food in one of our restaurants. "Children aged 12 and under can stay and take breakfast for free when sharing a suitable room with two adults. Child dinner will be charged separately dependent on menu chosen"When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please be aware that Thunder in the Glens event will be taking place on resort from the 22nd - 24th August 2025 inclusive. I already want to come back and stay here longer. Reception staff very welcoming, gave all the information about the resort, breakfast was amazing with lots of options and attentive staff, our room was very spacious and decorated I think quite beautiful - it felt like home away from home. The pool / activities area was amazing for families (especially young kids) - we thoroughly enjoyed the wave pool and water slide.

I liked the hotel location and the service, everything I needed was nearby, even the train station. breakfast was delicious. the staff was friendly, the snowy atmosphere was fabulous. we want to visit this place again.

Location and children's play area. Not all staff are accomodating but there are few who are exempted. An old lady in the activity center (wearing elf) is very nice. She is pleasant to converse with. As well as Paul from the reception, he is customer-oriented person.

Hi we booked for 3 night but wasn't expecting anything wow it was dated but rooms was clean pool was brilliant 😉 👍 breakfast was a bit of a let down but edible corridors stunk but bearable yes I would come bk if rooms where up dated staff where great. Drinks where quite reasonable fish restaurants made a mistake with my food but cooked it again for me with free drinks couldn't ask for more. The Italian place wow wow wow food was unreal thank you to all the staff amazing place. (Yes I would come back) kind regards Frank white.

Staff were amazing, we had a slight issue with our room and the manager Sam, she couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding and made sure to resolve the issue. She was amazing and nothing was a bother! All other staff were so lovely and great with my kids too!
