Please note that all of our bedrooms are on the first and second floor and the property does not have a lift.We do not accept Group Bookings.Pets are accepted on the first floor bedrooms but not permitted in the restaurant or bar.There is a wheelchair lift at the front door which provides access to the restaurant and bar areas.Reservations of 3 or more rooms are considered a group and as such are subject to differing booking terms, with a 10% non refundable deposit.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town and opposite the train station. Aviemore is a very cute small town so it is easy to walk everywhere and the views of the Cairngorms is breath-taking. Everyone we spoke to in the hotel, around town and in the general area were just so lovely. The rooms were decorated with tartan checks and so cosy, great shower and bed and pillows were super comfy. The general feel of the hotel was so warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, really loved the haddock and poached egg, it was cooked to perfection. The staff were all very friendly, serving breakfast with a smile, those behind the front desk were all incredibly helpful and in particular a massive shout out to the bar staff; they really were very fabulous and friendly with fantastic banter and humour. The music every night was so good and the musicians were brilliant and very interactive. On the last night my husband was feeling poorly so unfortunately we didn't get a chance to say goodbye but thank you guys for making our stay so so good :-) We really loved our time here so much, thank you to ALL of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable xxx

The hotel was in a great location and had space for parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food available was nice and had plenty of Scottish meals to choose from. The room was warm, clean and just what one needed after walking around in the snow.

Restaurant is excellent with warm friendly staff. Short distance to Cairngorm National Park. Pub was warm and family friendly.

Staff in all areas were fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and with huge choice. Bar choices were very good and reasonably priced.

Rooms were very cosy and equipped with everything you could need! Even with the snow outside the rooms were always warm and my partner and I never felt chilly. Staff were so lovely, we had tea in the restaurant and the staff seemed very busy but were still very accommodating and kind. The food in the hotel is superb!! We had a lovely meal with generous portion sizes! The breakfast was included and was a very good hotel breakfast! The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around Aviemore. The shops and other restaurants are within walking distance. There are many other areas around the hotel that are easily accessible by bus or car if you want to explore. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
