Set in a historic building, this recently renovated hotel in Aveiro’s centre overlooks Central Canal and the popular Moliceiros boats of Aveiro. It was founded in 1937, under the name Arcada Hotel.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of food. We enjoyed the first floor lounge at night. Nice music with our wine. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and provided lots of suggestions on restaurants and activities.

The hotel itself was very nice and in a great location, on the riverside. It is a lovely old building that has been remodelled in a complimentary, modern style inside. The breakfast buffet was very good, well stocked and served.

Fabulous central town position ,not too far to walk to rooms . Beautiful lounges dotted around ,lots of places to sit and chill. Nice breakfast,friendly staff
