Location, apartment size and the facilities - the washing machine and dryer were a huge plus. the balcony and the view were amazing.

Incredible location - could walk to Terry Blacks, 6th street etc. Also very handy to jump on the freeways to explore the greater Austin area/hill country. Carparking super handy and having a pool to cool down too.
