- While most staff members stay at the hostel itself, outsider staff undergo a strict thermal check and periodic testing regime.
- Travelers are requested to sanitize their bags and any outside materials (parcels, shoes, etc.) while entering the hostel premises.
- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In the case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The best thing I like in this zostel.is that the washrooms and toilets are many and not ensuite so one doesnt hv to wait ever. Had a problem with no hot water in the shower they promptly got me a bucket of hot water.The staff is really polite , helpful and kp the property spotless

The property is well known by locals, its easy for any foreigner to navigate using local taxi people. The cafe next to has great ambience but its a vegetarian one. Easy to try some authentic aurangabad Naan khaliya and Biryani in a radius of 4-5 kms. Travellers can tag in with other zostlers and hire a car to visit historic places. Its way cheap if the group is big.

It's very clean, with great facilities and a chilled vibe. There's a good value restaurant at the rear. If you are looking to visit Ellora or Ajanta caves, you will be able to sort transport from reception very easily. Great place to stay in Aurangabad. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The Café and Food is great! The rest was ok. If you want to go to Ellora Caves, take a public Bus from Baba Petrol Pump. No need for a Cab. Even if they say so.

At a busy road and very loud. Very dark. Dorm no windows. I would not recommend it - guess private rooms are nicer
