Very good hotel, friendly staff, within short walking distance to the tram stop. Also the restaurant and breakfast have excellent options. We particularly appreciated the mix of Lebanese and European specialities.

Parking underneath but expensive. Friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms with both a coffee maker and a kettle. Also a fridge. Across road from tram stop that takes you into city for 1.90 euros. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is good for large van parking available nearby in the long street behind or a little carpark behind or the very big public carpark also behind... Leonardo is a luxury hotel and when they have a good price, i recommend taking a room. Room and bed very comfortable... staff are friendly and well trained... I had one from Malaysia, very friendly...

We liked the spacious and modern rooms, cleanliness and the generous breakfast buffet, but we were most impressed and touched by the kind extra touches such as a bottle warmer and extra nappies for the baby next to the baby bed. This made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive, especially at the very busy breakfast buffet.
