A few structural problems, front entry way flooded, room was clean, shower and toilet clean, beds comfy and clean, nice quiet spot. Ranch slider door was difficult to lock and was unlocked on arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel close to the airport. It was great that the shuttle bus ran for free from the airport to the hotel and back again, making it very conveniont for my 24 hour layover in Auckland. It's good for a layover and good value for money.

I was alone and had a spacious twin room. There were many free shuttles to the airport right in front of the hotel.
