Hotel is located close to Western Springs (about 15min walking). It seems that the room has been recently renovated which is great. There is a bar/restaurant onsite - bonus. Comfortable beds and great bathroom. Would stay here again.

We were in rooms across the road. Very spacious. Room was clean. We were going to an event at Western Springs and it was very handy for that, plus good food and dairies a few minutes away. Also not too far from Ponsonby Road and K Rd, about 30 min walk or a few minutes drive.

Staff were lovely. Location was great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was good but hours were limited which wasn’t ideal when evenings were sweltering and you just wanted a quick dip. Aircon was great in rooms. Guest laundry convenient.

The room was clean and tidy and the accessible bathroom was easy to use. The staff were friendly and helpful.. The place was easy to get around in a wheelchair .

This property is in a great location, and the staff are friendly, parking easy and it's close to transport. Handy having an onsite restaurant too!
