Excellent location. Very close to Queen St, Viaduct and ferry terminal. We had a two bedroom appartment. Very large and comfortable. There was a balcony with a great view which was not expected. Everything was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. We had a little view of the harbour and the train station. Good options of restaurants and shops. Alina at the reception was amazing. Check in was quick. We had a few issues with the keys. She sorted them very quickly for us.

The location of the facility. The space of the room, lounge and kitchen and bathroom. The facilities such as the gym and pool. The inclusions in the kitchen provided such as cooking utensils and tea/coffee making facilities.

Location was perfect, only a 5min walk to Queens wharf for our cruise. Hotel held our luggage while we grabbed breakfast further on down the road. Woolworths 50m or so down the road, that was a life saver. Hotel upgraded my family to a 3 bedroom apartment, instead the 2 bedroom we had booked. Apartment had everything we needed, I didn't;t ready available facilities when booking so it was a nice surprise to see a washing machine and dryer on arrival, a bonus the hotel supplied washing powder as well. Nice huge space for the kids to run around, they loved having so much space to burn energy. And the view, we all loved waking up seeing our cruise ship docked, waiting for us. I'd definitely book here again next time I'm in the area.

The location is superb, only 2 min walk to viaduct. Clean rooms and good set up of apartment, the balcony was exceptional and provided great view and was fully covered overhead. Special mention to receptionist Tresardi who organized a bottle of champagne for partners birthday, was a complete surprise to be given 5 mins after arrival.
