The view from the rooms balcony was amazing overlooking the Kohimarama Beach and I was able to view the Aucklands New Years' fireworks from the balcony.

Shareen is A-MAZING host!! The room and home were of a high quality and luxurious!! The bed was so soft and comfortable, the room spacious and warm (underfloor heating!). Shareen treated us to the most delicious oatmeal pancakes on the first morning, she spoilt us! If you request parking on site, she will arrange that without any hassle. She is a superb lady who knows how to make a traveller feel at ease, we would definitely stay here again! We can't wait to come back!!!

Gorgeously presented property I had amazing views from the balcony. It was a very peaceful place to be in and close to beaches and shops. The host Sherren is super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Incredibly kind and generous host. Amazing views from the outdoor deck. Very comfortable.
