Location was good, next to restaurants and bars and shops. Useful information provided in the apartment. Great being able to do laundry for free! Lovely spacious and clean room. Well equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was also nice! Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly.

Soundproofing walls and windows and it's a quiet area of Auckland . Eateries all around within 1 minute walk. Many more within 5 mins. Central to the city and Parnell. An easy short walk to the domain/museum/art gallery. Easy to find and have secure parking for only $20 a night. Decks off the rooms for outdoor option. Kitchen well supplied. Nice flowing soap in the bathroom.

Staff were absolutely lovely. The woman on reception moved bags into the room when it was ready. I am a wheelchair user and she made sure the cups and glasses were down from high shelves - same staff member always opened the automatic garage when she saw me approach the building so I could access the accessible entrance

Location is perfect. Car parking available. Room had a full kitchen and laundry facility. Nice big bath. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Perfect for our needs. The front receptionist was warm and friendly.
