It was really handy to be so close to the airport, literally a 2 min walk to international and an easy free bus to domestic. The room was big and comfortable but it really was completely overpriced for what it is. We stayed in a budget hotel for $82 for another trip and honestly the hotel was just as good. We also asked for different pillows 3 times but they were never brought. I wouldn’t usually be so picky about this but when you are paying so much money it seems fair to expect a certain level of service. We ate at the restaurant which was really disappointing. We had to wait for 20 minutes to be seated even though we had booked and upon ordering I was told my meal wasn’t available, I asked her to give me a few more minutes to have a think. My next choice wasn’t available either. I understand restaurants run out of food, but let customers know before ordering. Especially let customers know when you are telling them the first time they order if there are other things unavailable too. I consider that to be basic service. It’s just not worth the money.

Great location, superb staff, beautiful rooms. However, the water pressure is poor and the room doors slam loudly. This means when other people leave the hotel at early hours, you will wake up. Bring ear plugs!

Bedroom was lovely and comfortable and slept really well in the bed. Location was perfect for walking to the international terminal. We used the gym both days of our stay - it's very well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was also very tasty with a lot of cooked and continental options.

Location excellent for an early morning flight, 6:30am. Room, facilities + service excellent, including bar meals, Had an excellent "late lunch" with our hosts who drove us to the airport. Doorman team excellent, allowed hosts to park kerbside for extended time to stay for that late lunch.
