Stay was great but the bloody roadworks at night! Very noisy even high up on a 12th floor. Apart from that, great location, rooms are clean and nice enough.

A few things are run down. My aircon was old and ticked, shower head had mold and room wasn’t cleaned once. But good value for money, close to my office and comfortable.

The location is absolutely ideal — right in the city center with everything you need nearby. There’s a supermarket just next door, and major attractions like the Sky Tower and Queen Street are only a few minutes' walk away. It also takes just around 10 minutes to get to the harbor. A special thank you to the kind and lovely Ivoni — her timely help truly touched me. A warm welcome is always what travelers appreciate the most. Thank you, Ivoni. Well located, not flash but very comfortable. I think we had a room upgrade as it was very spacious and we had a king-sized bed with a choice of two pillows each. I welcomed the ironing equipment and the kitchenette. There was a good breakfast available - choice of cereal, yogurt, cooked food etc. Regarding dislikes, nothing of consequence - e.g. the hairdryer was one of those things stuck to the wall in the bathroom rather than a proper appliance you could use in the bedroom. Hotel doesn’t have anything like a pool or gym room - we didn’t need that but others might miss them.
