Needed somewhere close to activities for a 4 year old birthday. Reception staff were super helpful and approachable. It set the positive vibe for our stay.

The location was handy and easy to find. Being so close to a main road in Auckland was surprisingly quiet, which was good. Easy to find food places in walking distance.

everything except the shower. The other dissappointment is that I do not wash dishes you eat from in the bathroom. I would have like to have known this

Everything is handy location wise but my mum is sick and wasn’t always good walking up the stairs to the family suite. We also had 1 toilet roll in the room more could’ve been provided

We were comfortable and happy. Nice to have the surrounding restaurants to choose from for dinner. Staff provided additional towels on request which was appreciated. We plan to use this place again when staying in Auckland as it suited our family's needs.

Lovely stop off, very friendly receptionist. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was fine with permit given by reception.

Super price only $117 per night, pleasant staff and it was close to our venue. We were able to walk to our event.
