The fine print
Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. Upon presentation of the credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorisation, which will place a hold of NZD 100 per night and full prepayment of the accommodation booked. Pre-paid credit cards and Debit plus Visa cards will be accepted under the terms and conditions issued by the bank or card provider. Funds available on the card should be a minimum of NZD 200 per night booked (in addition to the total payable for accommodation).Credit Card Payment: Please note that a surcharge of 2.5% will apply to all credit card payments and a 4.0% surcharge will apply to payments by American Express. Alternatively, you may wish to pay by EFTPOS which will not incur a surcharge. We do not accept cash as a payment option.Please note that parking prices are as follows: Self parking- NZD 35 per car per night.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Good location near the city centre and Queen Street. The room was spacious and comfortable. A few issues with external noises from ambulance station and rugby enthusiasts. The bathroom was satisfactory but is in need of an ungrade.

The location of where it was to where we had to go was Fantastic. The people hanging around the street of the hotel to where we had to go was not great. The bed was comfy. the room was spacious. For what we paid e were very happy with everything.

Very secure, the rooms are private and beautiful. It’s a very accessible place and close to/in the centre. The staff were lovely and very helpful!

Good location for what we needed, nice neighborhood with the park. The staff were really communicative and accommodating with us adding in a carpark and parking earlier than check-in. Room had good blackout curtains and was really modern, but found it impossible to cool the room down. Was less than ideal putting on a noisy pedestal fan. Was tricky getting any communication post-stay to track down forgotten property, but we got there. Overall a good stay, would stay again I think.

The location is excellent, both in a tree lined avenue and next to Myers Park and within easy walking distance of Aoetea Square.
