Guests arriving after 22:00 hours must inform the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. You may be asked to show a valid photo ID upon check in.We have implemented the Covid vaccine pass system for our accommodation. We require the guest to email their Vaccine pass prior to arrival or can show us the vaccine pass on arrival before 5:00 pm. After hours check-in will have to email their passes in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was clean. Had most of the amenities that we required. Was close to shops and supermarkets. Was also close to the venue where our event was being held.

Our host was welcoming, helpful and very friendly. He helped us organise our travel plans and printed out bus routes to help us get around Auckland so that we didn’t have to use our car. Our room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge, perfect for a short stay.

It's a quirky castle-like design. Would have been magnificent back in the 80s. The staff were friendly.

We have stayed here before, It is at a good location for concerts at Mt Smart. It was good to see that there are now new amenities within walking distance such as restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you need and the staff are friendly and helpful

This hotel is so well located for newmarket side of town option.it is tired and needs work but the front of desk team are helpful and friendly- and farro is 2 mins away. Excellent off street parking. Pool clean and enjoyed swimming.
