Big suite. Like an apartment! Great location. Very easy to book and our arrival was the best. So quick and efficient. The lovely guy who booked us in said he upgraded us at no charge. Easy free parking. Very clean and comfortable. The price was so reasonable too!

Friendly staff , was easy to contact when needed help also LOVED how they did room service the next day I didn't think it was included in my 2 night stay. Was nice to come back to a clean room .

All spaces were clean and tidy, the kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs and there was also a washer dryer as well, large open lounge area and the table and chairs on the private balcony was a bonus.

very helpful attendant. I thought a pair of my shoes had gone missing but the fact is I left them at home. He was supportive when I reported by problem. He was confident his staff were all above suspicion which was reassuring

Quiet location opposite park, excellent views of Auckland and Harbour bridge, spacious room with separate living and bedroom area and large balcony. Washing machine/drier, plenty of toiletries, hot drinks and fresh towels. 5 minute walk down to Bayswater pier were you can get ferry to Auckland CBD for only a few dollars.

Nice and relaxing location with great views of the city and the harbour bridge, only a short walk to Bayswater ferry. Some great restaurants close by as well. Front desk staff were very helpful and ready to assist with anything. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of free parking available.
