This booking was canceled i was advised by B.com i would receive a refund as it was agreed with novotel their is emails sent from novotel i have not received this yet 10 days i was advised to receive refund.

Breakfast - plenty of choice, staff kept the buffet fully stocked. Dinner - staff very attentive and approachable. Buffet for1 meal - very good. A la carte 1 night - beautiful meal well presented. Room - very quiet and clean. Did not get disturbed from other guest entering & leaving their rooms . Parking - no problem with parking, staff were very helpful.
