The fine print
All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.Please note that as there is a height restriction of 1.9 metres and a width restriction of 4 metres, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.A valid photo ID is required upon check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian, unless prior arrangements have been made. Always love staying here! Super easy to get to places and love love the beds! Soooo comfy! However our room did smell of stale smoke which was a little off putting , but other than that no complaints ☺️

My booking was not made correctly, my error. Not only was a room found for me but I was also provided with a clean room early (9.30). This was very much appreciated as it allowed my daughter to rest ahead of an operation. Thank you. The appartment was large and comfortable.
