Staff, location and rooms where excellent. The view was really great. We went fory wife's birthday and they gave her a card and some petite fours on arrival. Was lovely.

Great location, great view of the harbour from our room, great shower. Good food in the dining room. Very friendly staff both in restaurant and at the front desk. The girl who cleaned our room was very friendly and helpful

Absolutely love this spot! The location is brilliant for visiting restaurants, bars and also using the ferry to visit different areas around the harbour. The hotel is great, and staff are always super helpful & friendly. This was our second stay here & it is decided to be our Auckland go to option.

Location was perfect and all furniture, fixtures and fittings felt high quality. Loved the breakfast! Much bigger spread than expected. Very modern hotel. Will stay again.
