Everything. The garden studio was spacious, well set up, very clean with comfortable furnishings - especially the bed. The neighbourhood was very quiet and only a 15-minute walk to Mission Bay restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to messages. Definitely value for money particularly given its location in Auckland. Would definitely stay again.

Hosts happily accommodated us at the last minute! Kohi was a very relaxing place to stay after a long trip. Comfortable and so quiet for the location.

Super cute apartment. Far more than we expected. Very clean, loved the modern decor. Private. Comfy beds. Great little deck, view of the ocean & backyard gardens. Excellent communication from owners. Very close to Mission Bay beach & restaurants.

The location is ideal. A beautiful view on Rangito island which gives a lovely outlook for morning tea. Then quick 10mn walk to Kohi Café for a delicious café and amazing cakes, and pastries whilst sitting on the beach.
