Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit cards.Guests may experience some noise daily from 07:00 to 19:00.Beautification works are underway in select areas of the hotel, with some noise expected daily from 7am to 7pm. Our gym and pool will be closed for transformation starting October 1 until November 30, 2024.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

From the moment we drove in, we received exceptional service. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our room exceeded our expectations. The decor and lighting were soothing to the eye, especially after a big day out in the city. The pool and spa on the 10th floor were a treat and the perfect way to relax in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast had everything and was so delicious. The bar staff at night made delicious cocktails and helped us with places/bars to visit. I highly recommend JW Marriott!
