Although inside the shower was clean the outside ledge at the bottom of the door could have done with a good dust and scrub.

Hotel rooms are small for families but does the job, staff friendly and helpful lobby has kitchen like area for coffee. Location was great, close to supermarket and shops.

Great location close to the airport and good cheap bus links between the two. Very expensive hotel for the room you get.

Absolutely loved that the place was clean and that I could control the room temperature as this makes a big difference when staying in a place like this. The tea and coffee area in the reception area is an extra bonus. The ease of catching a bus to and from the airport is the reason I always stay at the IBIS - the added bonus of being next to a shopping centre and restaurant in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for providing a great service to those that live overseas and travel to NZ periodically.
