Very charming cottage, ideal for relaxing, surroundings beautiful and the house is very private, surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and bushes all around. Front porch was really great to relax and enjoy the sunny weather

It was very peaceful and quiet. The green forest like garden was full of NZ natives and the bird songs in the morning was a beautiful to hear. We all slept extremely well and wished we could have delayed longer.

Gorgeous cottage, loved the decor, the outdoor decks in either sun or shade, the peaceful, private space, surrounded by trees and looking at hills. The outdoor bath was awesome, and I really appreciated the muslin mosquito deterrent over the bed that worked perfectly and wasn't dusty like the mesh mosquito nets. Hosts were very accomodating and helpful.

What an amazing cottage for a romantic getaway! Lovely scenery to enjoy the outdoor bath and inside the cottage was just as nice with all the little design details. Everything needed was provided in the cottage with restaurants and shops just a short drive away. Thank you Jenny and Alfred for sharing your little slice of paradise! Joe & Alysha

Our stay at Honeysuckle cottage was magical and one of the best places we have ever stayed,the hosts provided us with privacy,every facility you need and a beautiful setting.The breakfast provided was fresh and high quality products,the outdoor bath was the icing on the cake,divine.

just when you think the marketing & advertising for this cute wee spot does it justice…. you arrive & want to immediately picture yourself living here!!!! — also best hosts! this place oozes love, comfort + care. what a beautiful warm & cozy cottage, I left wanting a proposal haha!

This house exceeded my expectations. It was very cozy and I could take a warm moonlight spa under the wisteria trellis. The room was well-equipped, the environment was beautiful and quiet, and the house was clean and tidy.
