Large Room but only a queen bed which we found small as most places supply a king. No air conditioning or fan so room a little stuffy. Was thinking if staying in summer it would be hot in the room

Location was great, so close to Takapuna Beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Room had everything we needed. Pool looked lovely, although we did not go in.
