Was awesome staying one night at the Crowne Plaza but unfortunately was not enough, will definitely book for longer next time we fly back from Melbourne. The rooms were perfect sized for my family and I, access was good and parking was fantastic as we had a 10 seater van so was parked rite out front

The receptionist lady was one of the kindest and most understanding I have ever met! I landed in Auckland very early in the morning, arrived to the hotel around 7am, I did not expect to be able to check in, so all I asked if I can please drop my luggage and I can go for a walk until I am able to check in. The lady told me I must be very tired and she will check if the room is ready and if so, I am more than welcome to check in now. What a gesture! The room indeed was ready and I could check in straight away. I can't be thankful enough for this lovely lady, I wish I would remember her name! I can only give a rating of 10 for this kind of treatment.

Bed was really comfortable, the location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful with advising of local transport and taxi's, also helping us get our boarding passes for our return flight. Would definately recommend.
