Wonderful place to stay. We had a family 70th 200m away at the Sailing Club. . Very quiet. Great space. We woke to birdsong !! There is an alley way just nearby to get to the rock pools and it's a 5 min walk to the beach. Our daughter and family were in the downstairs apartment so we could wash breakfast dishes. Our 'upstairs/with balcony' area had a wonderful kitchen set-up with plates, utensils, cutlery, microwave etc but no sink. We have stayed in many places overseas where you use the bathroom basin, and that was NOT a problem for us at all...but maybe a tea towel and dishcloth would be useful. Huge bathroom, great shower and even a washing machine if you were staying for a few days. Nicky is a lovely relaxed host...so great to chat to you Nicky! Would definitely stay again if we need a place on the North Shore.
