It was close too the mall and train station and the receptionist were really helpful and the cleaners when I walked by they smiled,checkin was really easy and quick. Also as I've been camping a lot as a kid and been in a few hotels it was the best shower I've had that wasn't at home

Great place to stay for the price. Definately not 5 star but it was clean and tidy and the staff were nice. It was also quiet so had a good sleep. It's also close to the city. Free carpark and free wifi an awesome bonus, the bedding seemed nice and fresh.

Reception lady was nice, a little hard to understand and she had a hard time understanding me but overall pleasant and accommodating with my request. Close enough to campus for my studies. Very quiet. Liked seeing that the kaimahi(worker) had her tamariki there with her after school, waiting for mom to finish mahi. It was nice to see the them. I hope she doesn't get in trouble for that

Our stay started off badly - the key card taken from the locked box could not open the room door. The most helpful Matthew solved the problem and the counter staff sorted things out the next morning.
