The fine print
There is a 3.15% Surcharge for all bookings online. On Checking -in, the guests are required to present a valid photo ID and the card used for online booking for verification.
The photo ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. There is a refundable bond of NZD $150 for incidental charges and damages, if any, for the stay while paying in Cash or Debit Card.
Please Note: Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans.
Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location for the airport. Mini bus picked us up on arrival and dropped us off the following day got our next flight. Restaurant meal was good .

Everything was clean and tidy. The reception was helpful and welcoming. We liked the seating area allocated outside of unit. SPACIOUS. We'll worth the money.

near airport. beds comfy. good kitchen although we did'n't use it as we stayed only for the night after a very late flight. good that it was open 24/7. ideal for a stop after late flight.

Room was lovely and spacious. Loved the kitchenette and separate toilet. Plenty of kitchen utensils - great to have a microwave and stove.
