The place was actually in an attic (hence the name!) so a little weird. However the staff were helpful and kind. The place was clean and the facilitties good. I.e. nice kitchen and showers and a TV room etc. Good location - vey near the town centre.

The rooms were nice and spacious, but had no cooling, so they got quite hot when sleeping. The common room, kitchen and outdoor space were very nice, for a hostel. The bathroom was acceptable. The toilets could use dissinfecting spray, or similar, and the showers were either scalding hot or had no water pressure.

Friendly space including the staff. Also, the beds are comfortable. However, one should know that there a no curtains.

I liked everything,it was so clean and tidy,friendly staff,you staff do an amazing job keep up the great work you all do,it was my second time here and I'll definitely be back a third time if not more than that,it's an amazing place would definitely recommend for anyone looking for accomodation in Auckland especially if they want to do things in the city as everythings so close.

Suuuuper clean facilities, well-maintained and no cracks between bathroom doors / shower doors (I’ve had this at previous hostels, making me not want to use toilets). Everything was clean, light, spacious and comfortable

Location was great. Very central. Had all the amenities I needed for a few nights stay. Space felt safe. Staff were helpful.
