No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans.Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It was a perfectly fine hotel, clean and tidy. Excellent location, easy to walk into the city centre, lots of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. We had booked a parking space in advance, on our arrival we had to pull up on the side of a fairly narrow road somewhere it looked like we shouldn't stop to run in and ask where to park as it wasn't obvious. The lady on reception was very polite, confirmed my booking and that we had the parking space, but then insisted on checking me in fully, checking my ID, getting me to pay for the parking (they had my card details already on file as I'd paid for the room), before telling us where to park the car. I expressed more than once my concern about the car being on the street where it isn't supposed to be parked, but she still insisted on going through multiple steps before she'd tell me where to park. I explained my friend could move the car while I stayed to check in etc, but she still refused to tell me even where the car park was. It was a bit odd and quite frustrating. The room was.pwrfectly adequate and clean. The staff in the morning appeared a bit confused about the fact that one of us is gluten free. We were offered gluten free bread, which when it appeared seemed to have been warmed up in a microwave - it was soggy and steaming. A bit odd.

easy staff to deal with i showed up on motorcycle an got a off street park 20 dollar all you can eat breakie bacon eggs mushrooms toast cerals fruit etc im a hungry guy an only did 1 plate full🤣 great location , comfortable room , clean , affordable , heat pump aircon will definitely stay again
