Very comfortable stay, beds, couch etc. Loved the kitchen facilities and the fact there was Netflix for my children etc. Staff were very accommodating and friendly both over the phone before arrival and in person. We were allowed to use office facilities also. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean & comfortable with a few nice touches like slippers & a great selection or personal care items provided. Kitchen was well equipped.

Room and bathroom were very clean which I like, I travel a lot. The gentleman on the counter was so helpful on my arrival (very early). Excellent central Takapuna location. Easy walk to shops/mall/beach/restaurants and bars.

Quiet at night.. Easy to find. Great location...walk to supermarket, walk to nearby food outlets. Basic kitchenette. Good shower. Quite small kitchen, bathroom area but adequate for our one night stay. Very comfortable...and huge... bed BUT....all 4 pillows were very high loft and very firm so we both had sore necks in the morning and a very restless night trying to get our heads in a comfortable position.

Told to put the room service card out if we wanted our room serviced, we did that, they came in and put new towels in, didn't make the beds up. Not a major but thought that would be part of the room service.
